Everyone was super amazing! They got me in a car I didn't even know I was wanting. I went in looking for a specific type of car and the team knew exactly what I was wanting and made it happen. They worked wonderful with my loan officer and I will definitely be recommending them and going to them in the future! Aaron our salesman as well as his manager (don't quite remember his name sorry! It was a guy with glasses and curly longer hair) were amazing.

On Saturday November 3rd, I was in town visiting my mother for the weekend. Let me preface this with I knew my Jeep had received a recall notice and I called my local dealer which was Clint Bowyer autoplex in Emporia, Ks. At the time, the service tech told me the recall wasn’t that big a deal and they didn’t have the parts anyway. Fast forward a year and I called again because a second recall had come out. The Emporia service tech told me that the second recall wasn’t ‘offical’ yet so they couldn’t do anything but there was still the one pending. As the trip to Emporia is out of the way for me I asked if it could wait and then do everything at once for convenience sake. He told me yes, no problem. So now back to Saturday. We are driving to brunch on Hwy 54 at a major intersection in Wichita, and my car’s bells and whistles start going off, I lose power, and at that moment was pretty much dead on the road in the turning lane. I was finally able to limp my car off the roadway. Thankfully my brother lived close by and was able to take my passengers back home then he helped me limp my car to Eddy’s for repair. We pulled into the service bay and was greeted by Dayton. He asked if we had an appointment and I said no and explained the situation. He was very kind and not at all upset that I had just driven in. He hooked the car up to diagnostics and said it initially looked like the recall problem. He asked if we could leave the car so they could look into it further and see if he could get the parts. This was noon on Saturday and as I was leaving I was trying to figure out how I was going to get home and deal without my car for at least a week and I was sick at the thought of what the cost was going to be. I live 2 hours away and my work schedule wouldn’t allow me to come back for over a week. Well less than 2.5 hrs later, Dayton called me back and said my car was ready. The problem was totally the recall (yes the recall was a big deal and Clint Bowyer Autoplex should never have brushed me off!) I was completely blown away by the professionalism and genuine care I received from Dayton. He never once made me feel bad for a last minute, walk in, Saturday, mechanical issue, and as it was totally the recall issue I didn’t owe a dime! (As I said it was noon and they closed at 3). I was super impressed with Dayton and the dealership and fully intend to schedule ahead when I visit my mother the next time I need service on my Jeep. Thanks Dayton! You saved my girl’s weekend visit with my mom and daughter!
I traded in my car for a new Jeep and this was a great experience. Everyone that I talked to including my sales person Larry was very friendly and honest. It was also nice that everyone stayed until I was ready to drive off. The only problem I had was when I arrived it took almost 10 mins before anyone came outside to ask if I needed help.
