Very dissapointed in chrysler engineering. They want to flush brake system every 20,000 miles, and charge over 100 dollars to do it. Poor engineering.
Cal, called me on a Sunday to let me know he would be happy to help me! First thing Monday morning he contacted me again. Had a check engine light for a code I had fixed in another state. I brought it in and had some warranty work that needed to be installed that I had tried to get done local in GA, but it was going to take 2 weeks for them to get to it. They were able to get the warranty work done in less than 2 hours and it cleared the engine code so I could travel safely back to GA without any problems. I took my truck in for a warranty repair. They certainly understand the surprise and delight the customer aspect as when I picked the truck up it had been washed and vacuumed. It was pretty dirty when dropped off so this was way above expectation. So this is a two thumbs up and 5 starts. Plus the warranty repair fixed the issue.

Mike went the "extra 2 miles" on this one , my 2013 Ram was having gas millage issues after the onboard computer was flashed, they could not find the problem.
