The stars that I have gave Eddy's is for their service department. That department is filled with individuals that have great customer service. They are willing to help their customers to the fullest of their ability. The sales team and your finance department is another story. The front office is filled with arrogant, rude, and ill-mannered individuals. The General Manager stood by as I was disrespected by an employee, and never once apologized for his audacious remarks and inappropriate language that was used. I took my 2014 Jeep Cherokee in because the engine would not turn over and I was getting a transmission message on the dashboard readout. A few hours after I brought the vehicle in tgey told me it was the battery. They gave me a price for a replacement but the battery was still under warranty from where I bought it so I took it to them. No bill from the dealership and I was a happy camper.
